Prenatal Massage Therapy | Maple Ridge, BC

Pregnancy takes your body on a wild ride,
and it isn’t always a comfortable one.

From back pain and sore hips to swollen feet and persistent headaches, growing life is no walk in the park.

Do You Want To Book A Massage?

Massage therapy has been proven to relieve some of the aches and pains that accompany pregnancy, as well as reducing signs of antenatal depression & anxiety.

This is true whether the massage is given by a trained therapist or a loving partner, but Holly is a Registered Massage Therapist so she actually knows what she’s doing.

To put the icing on this prenatal care cupcake, Holly's treatment table is designed with a few well-placed holes in the middle of it to accommodate and support growing bodies so you, my expectant friend, can enjoy your treatment while lying face-down.

Yes, really.

“I was 37 weeks pregnant and not sleeping; 2-4 hrs was just not enough and someone suggested I try a massage with an RMT. I had heard about Holly and her pregnancy table and was desperate for a full night’s sleep. Holly was amazing.

I instantly felt comfortable in her presence and even more comfortable to finally be able to lay on my stomach. She did an amazing job. She was firm, gentle, and skilled at treating my knots and tight muscles without being rushed and painful. She was easy to talk to and the appointment flew by. The best part is I went home that night and had the best sleep that I have had in weeks!!!!”

If you have a question related to any of those topics, Holly will probably have an answer.

Massage Therapy is a safe and effective way to support women from the first trimester, through birth, and beyond.

And. It feels awesome.

You Deserve Quality
Care

Women tend to put other people’s needs before their own, and that couldn't be more true when it comes to motherhood. After all, your family needs you, right?

Right — but there’s more. Your family needs you, yes. But you also need to take care of yourself for YOU. Full stop. Becoming a mom is not for the faint of heart, and you can’t pour from an empty cup.

It’s time to change that “put yourself last” practice because it sucks. It leaves you sore, depleted, stressed out, and missing out on the moments that matter most. Instead, do something restorative and healing; make time to take care of you.
